There have been quite a few baby-bump sightings since the kick off of this year’s Tribeca Film Festival in New York City on April 17th. Among them, Cougar Town‘s 33-year-old blonde bombshell Busy Philipps, who recently revealed to The Huffington Post on the red carpet of the premiere of A Case of You, that she and her husband, Marc Silverstein, are expecting the stork to bring them a second baby girl swaddled in pink.
Considering their first daughter, now four, is named Birdie Leigh, as reported by People, one can only imagine what moniker this new bundle of joy will receive.
Hm, perhaps Busier, since that’s what Mom will be once her hands are full with two little ones running around?
Probably not, but seeing as their first child’s chosen name was nature-inspired, could daughter number two’s nom also be handed down from Mother Nature? It wouldn’t be surprising, looking at how many celebrities have gone with nature-inspired baby names recently. Consider these:
* Blue Ivy: The name Beyonce and Jay Z chose for their baby
* Sunday Rose: The name Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban went with for their daughter
* Sparrow James Midnight: The name Nicole Richie and Joel Madden chose for their second little one
* Skylar: The name Rachel Zoe opted for when naming her son
Philipps was joined by Evan Rachel Wood, her co-star who is also preggers, and film director Kat Coiro, who boasted yet another baby belly. In effect, it was a Tribeca trifecta of glowing expecting mamas.
Meanwhile, there are sure to be many more Mommy-to-be showings at the remaining star-studded Tribeca events through April 28th. Stay tuned!
Admittedly the happy Silverstein-Philipps couple is most likely not going with Busier, so if you had to guess, which name would you place bets on? Are there other nature-inspired celebrity-baby names we’re forgetting?
